As client confidentiality is essential, engagements with individual solicitors and firms of solicitors are not diaried. There are however a number of Faculty, National and other events which provide prospective clients with an idea of the work undertaken by the Consultancy and also allow them to avoid any prospective date clashes if services are being engaged. Before the turn of the year the "Surviving the Recession" series of seminars was held in Belfast, Dingwall, Castle Douglas and Dunfermline.

In addition to this, development work is being undertaken with the Law Society of Ireland in relation to their Management CPD programme.
